The best
word to describe this couple is "striking". Sporting
tumbling manes of thick curly hair, his blonde, hers fiery red, they attack the
ice as if it were a lion to be tamed. Three years ago they thrilled
the spectators with their steamy "Romeo and Juliet", and last year's
"Carmina Burana" was a worthy successor. This year's routines
were not up to that standard, but nevertheless they are always fascinating to watch and I
would have put them on the top step of the podium.
